He is the MAN! i've emailed him directly regarding an issue, and it was resolved the same day. really a great guy to have looking out for missoulians

This from a February 2008 Missoulian story: "He (Engen) may prove to be the most popular mayor this town has ever had," said Jim Dayton, head of the executive committee of the Missoula County Democrats.
