Tom Mackenroth is an excellent trainer!

Tom Mackenroth is an excellent trainer who deeply cares about each and every person that crosses his path. His knowledge of the human body based on his academic studies at the University of Montana coupled with his own athletic experience proves to be a dynamite combination. He created both an exercise and nutrition program for me and I have never felt better in my whole life. At 53 I have more energy and stamina then I've ever had and can still wear a bikini!
