What effects has the Poverello's daytime Salcido Center had in downtown Missoula? Add Answer

This week, the Missoula City Council Public Safety and Health Committee considers signing a letter in support of state funding for the Salcido Center. The daytime extension of the Poverello's shelter is struggling financially.

It's offered a positive place for folks to gather.
