Definitely Gem!

I am a huge fan of pumpkin beer. Coming from the east coast, I have been enjoying them every fall for many years. Now, as Head Brewer at Bozeman Brewing Company, I have the priveledge of brewing one every Fall. We use 240 pounds of organic pumpkin in our mash and kettle for a substantial pumpkin flavor to back up the wonderful aromatics of our late kettle spice additions. I just brewed it yesterday, so look for it in our tap room in about 3 weeks.

I think other flavor combos are more frightening.

I'm only just now getting to appreciate pumpkin on any level. I still can't stand pumpkin pie, so pumpkin beer is a nice in-between for me.
