Should people that want to add "Granny Flats," or ADUs need to rezone their property? Add Answer

The Missoula city council took public comment Monday on changes to infamously confusing zoning laws. An especially emotional issue is that of accessory dwelling units, otherwise known as "Granny Flats." Voices in favor of allowing ADUs without rezoning as well as those opposed made their thoughts known. What do you think about the issue? http://missoulian.com/.../news02.txt
