Double Haul IPA

Cans make it perfectly portable for all those July 4 festivities. The hop taste explodes in your mouth. And the American IPA that this beer represents is one of the few styles originating in the good ol' USA. God Bless America!

Bayern Dragon's Breath

Hefeweizen is an unfiltered classic in Bavaria (“Hefe” means yeast, a small amount of which remains in the beer). In 2004, Bayern Brewing introducing a dark Hefeweizen, otherwise known as a Dunkelweizen (dark wheat), to the line-up: Dragon’s Breath Dark Heff.

Dragon’s Breath Dark Heff is mild in taste, unfiltered, and 5.6 % ABV (Alcohol by Volume). It is moderately hopped with Bavaria’s preeminent Hallertauer Perle hops and is cold-fermented, eliminating any harsh aftertaste.

Bayern St. Wilbur Wiezen

Bayern's Hefeweizen is hopped moderately with Hallertauer Perle (Germany), the alcohol content is 5.1% alc./volume (13.1 degrees Plato o.g.). We use malted wheat, two-row Harringtion Pale and carmel malt. Hefeweizen was invented in Bavaria and Bayern Brewing's Hefeweizen is one of the very few that is actually brewed as it is in Bavaria and by a Bavarian Brewmaster. So if you are interested in this style of beer, try this one first and see how the other ones compare to the original.

Bayern Dancing Trout

Dancing Trout Ale is a German Wheat Ale, the filtered version of a true Bavarian Hefeweizen. In Bavaria this beer would be called a Kristall-Weizen (Crystal-Wheat) because of its clarity. Dancing Trout Ale is brewed with malted wheat, pale, carmel malt, and hopped with Cascade hops from Yakima, Washinton. Unlike its British and American counterparts, Dancing Trout Ale is brewed in the Bavarian tradition. You are enjoying a beer that has been aged a minimum of 28 days, versus 7-10 days for the average ale. Dancing Trout Ale is not too strong in alcohol (5.4% by volume) moderately hopped and light in color. Unlike many ales, Dancing Trout Ale is mild with no bitter aftertaste! We dedicate this latest addition to our Bayern familiy of quality German beers to helping preserve Montana's trout habitat, one beer at a time.
